SHIPPING & RETURNS SHIPPING POLICY At Museum Editions, we ensure that our shipping & handling is done with care. Depending on where you're geographically located, please allow 6-18 days for your piece to be shipped to you. This period of time makes for the assembling, travel time, and end delivery of your purchase. Additionally, there is a $35 Standard Shipping cost to Continental US added onto your total at checkout. Should you wish to track your package, you can do so via a digital tracker when you receive your confirmation email as the package is on its way to you. Should you have any questions or concerns with the status of your shipment/delivery, please send an email to info@museum-editions.com and one of our associates will be sure to handle your inquiry. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY With every purchase of art from our shop, Museum Editions places great importance on customer satisfaction. However, if one wishes to return their purchase, this may be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Upon the buyer's request for returning their purchase, the b uyer is acknowledging that they are responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost, including insurance. We ask that you please returns the piece in its original packaging.
